League Digital has worked with DStv for many years. We are developing its web and mobile self-service platforms and are always focused on a simpler and more cost-effective solution for users in the South African context.

Customer Experience

DStv approached League to design and develop an unmatched customer support experience that would help to serve its subscribers across South Africa. Our main goal was to build a new website that would do justice to the amazing content DStv has to offer. To guide the process, we built and created a digital style guide system and CI.

Cutting-edge design trends were used as an inspiration for the guide. This informed the guide and the development of platforms. In addition, we rebuilt the web self-service to make it easier for users to solve their problems quickly. But we didn’t stop there, we also built the self-service app to cater to our client’s request to interact with a brand using more than one means of communication – essentially giving DStv more ways to solve queries. The evolution of the DStv customer journey helps to take the load off the shoulders of the DStv service centre.
